But was he… baked?
While Bob never confirmed he was a fan of the devil’s lettuce, his longtime producer once joked in an interview that “those happy little trees definitely had help.” The implication? The Joy of Painting might’ve included a pre-session joint.
Let’s be honest — it tracks.
Soft-spoken voice? Chill energy? Reassurance that “there are no mistakes, just happy accidents”? That’s textbook indica wisdom.
And the way he’d zone out while dabbing pine trees into existence? Pure high-functioning stoner artistry.

In Australia, wild kangaroos have been spotted breaking into illegal outdoor cannabis farms, munching on the plants, and then hopping around “erratically” — that’s the actual language used by local police reports. They’ve also been described as looking “confused but relaxed.” (Same.)
Farmers have tried everything — fencing, netting, kangaroo-proof barriers — but the roos keep coming. Because apparently, once you’ve had a nibble of the good stuff, you don’t go back to plain grass.
We’re not saying someone should make a stoner animated film called “KangaKush,” but also… someone should.
