Plain, odour-proof box by Canada Post Xpresspost with tracking. 2 to 3 days to most addresses, a bit longer for rural and northern routes. Order by 2 PM Pacific and it ships the same day. Shipping is free over $150 and a $15 flat rate under that.
How do I pay?
Interac e-Transfer, through your own online banking. Place the order, we email you the recipient and the exact amount, you send the transfer with your order number in the message. We ship the same day payment lands. Unpaid orders release back to stock after 24 hours.
I'm new to this. How much should I take?
We can't tell you what a product will do for you, and we don't make effect claims. The standard guidance from Health Canada is start low and go slow.
