What you agree to when you order from us, in plain English. The short version: be of legal age, pay by e-Transfer, and we ship it plain and tracked. The affiliate programme has its own section near the end.
You must be of legal age to buy cannabis in your province or territory: 19 or older in most of Canada, 18 in Alberta, 21 in Quebec. By placing an order you confirm that you are, and that the delivery address is in Canada.
We check identification once, on your first order, and may ask again if an order looks out of the ordinary. Orders that fail the check are cancelled and any payment is returned.
Prices are in Canadian dollars and include no hidden fees; shipping and any signature fee are shown before you place the order. We may correct a listing error before an order is accepted.
An order is accepted when payment arrives. Interac e-Transfer is the standard method: after you place the order we send the recipient address, the exact amount and a reference code, and the order holds stock for 24 hours while you pay. Unpaid orders release after that and must be placed again. Where Bitcoin is offered, the invoice fixes the amount for the time shown on it.
Points are applied at checkout and are deducted from the balance when the order is placed. If an order is cancelled before it ships, the points return to your balance.
We ship by Canada Post Xpresspost from British Columbia. Orders paid before 2 PM Pacific on a business day ship that day; later payments ship the next business day. Tracking is emailed when the parcel is scanned.
Delivery times are Canada Post’s and are estimates. Free shipping applies above the product-subtotal threshold shown at checkout; a fuel surcharge or a signature fee may still apply and is shown before you pay.
Choose "Signature required" if you want the carrier to hand the parcel to a person. Without it, a parcel scanned as delivered to your address is delivered, and we do not replace parcels reported missing after that scan. Parcels lost in transit before delivery are replaced or refunded once the carrier confirms the loss.
Cannabis cannot be returned once it leaves us. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, tell us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or credit your account. Refunds to the original payment method are issued at our discretion.
Sale prices are the prices at the time of the order. We do not price-match later reductions.
One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under your login, and for keeping your delivery details current.
Points have no cash value outside the store, cannot be transferred or sold, and may be adjusted or removed where they were earned by mistake, by abuse of a promotion or on an order that was refunded. Earning rates today: 2 points per dollar of product, 100 per approved review, 3,000 per referred first order, 10 on joining. We may change the rates for future orders with notice on this page.
We may close an account that breaks these terms, attempts fraud or chargebacks, or is used to resell product.
A coupon applies to the order it is entered on, once, and cannot be combined with another coupon unless the offer says so. Free gifts and free shipping are earned on the product subtotal after discounts. We can end a promotion at any time; orders already placed keep the offer they were placed under.
You agree not to buy for anyone under the legal age, not to resell, not to ship outside Canada, and not to interfere with the site, its accounts or its pricing. Doing any of these ends your account.
Reviews you submit may be shown on the site and in our emails, under your first name. We approve reviews before they appear and remove any that are abusive, off-topic, written for a competitor or that make health claims. You keep ownership of what you write and give us a licence to display it.
Every account has a referral link. Orders placed by a customer who arrived through your link earn you a commission of 10% of the product subtotal, and orders placed by customers they refer earn you 3%. A visitor is attributed to your link for 30 days after clicking it; if they later click another link, the newer link wins.
A commission is pending from the moment the order is placed and becomes payable 30 days later, after the refund window. A refund or cancellation reverses the commission. Payable balances are paid by e-Transfer on request through your account or by contacting support.
We sell the products as described and ship them as promised. Beyond replacing or refunding an order as set out above, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
We update this page when the terms change and show the date at the top. Orders are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of British Columbia.
